Section 156
Examination Committee

(1) There shall be an examination committee consisting of the following members to conduct the examination in accordance with section 49 to ascertain that the person applying for the driver's license is not fit to drive such vehicle:-
(a) Chief, Transport Management Office – Chairman
(b) Police officers appointed by the Government of Nepal – Member
(c) Experts designated by the Government of Nepal - Member
(2) The committee as per sub-section (1) shall take the test of the persons applying for the driver's license and recommend to the authorized officer to issue the driver's license to those who are successful.
(3) The meeting of the committee under sub-section (1) shall be held as determined by the committee as per the requirement.
(4) The subject of the examination conducted by the committee under sub-section (1) for the drivers and the examination system shall be as prescribed by the department.
